Guest Speaking Engagements
You would like to give a talk for one of our lectures? Let us know when you are in Waterloo or if you want to video broadcast into one of our lectures. Please also contact us if you are interested in having us talk about physiological computing, interface design, or affective gaming. We have given many talks at international research and industry conferences as well as guest lectures at game development companies and academic programs (our track record). Watch our videos on YouTube to see what we have been up to recently.
Our undergraduate students are required to do capstone projects with industry (usually from the Greater Toronto Area). Feel free to pitch your capstone project idea to us if you are interested in a student team working for you as a client.
Game User Research
Our lab has a growing array of game user research instrumentation and we are interested in consulting on all areas of usability, game user research, interface design of smaller projects (ideally during the summer time). We also welcome industry and academic researchers into our lab for internships or collaborations.
