Daniel Stepchenko

Capstone Project: Magic Sensor Game

Daniel Stepchenko was a student at UOIT studying Game Development and Entrepreneurship. Mainly, he is focusing on programming but has interests in other fields of game development such as art and design. Dan was working as a summer research assistant with physiological data, sensors, fitness tools and games.

Playing digital games affords spending time with people; helps build personal connections between individuals and helps to redefine the personality of the player while in play. Games also enable to build the concept of togetherness as a means to foster and enhance the concept of social connectedness, mutual dependencies, collaboration, community living and social interaction.
